2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 18.06.2019 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 14779 of 2019 in connection with Complaint Case No. 673C of 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already filed Maintenance case bearing Case No. 89 of 2018 which is pending in the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Araria. He pointed out that vide order dated 18.06.2019, this Court had directed for expeditious

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16200 of 2023(3) dt.25-11-2025 2/2 disposal of the said Maintenance case. It is submitted that till date there is no progress in the said case. Learned counsel submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the Court concerned to expedite the Maintenance Case.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this case is disposed of with a direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Araria to take steps to decide the said Maintenance Case at the earliest in view of the order dated 18.06.2019 passed in Cr.
