Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,201/34 of I.P.C. The FIR was lodged on recovery of dead body of the son of the informant whose murder was committed by slitting the throat. Petitioners are suspected to be involved in the murder for the reason that they had threatened to get the informant implicated in any false case. Petitioners are in custody since 19.11.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. There is no material to substantiate that petitioners are going to tamper with the evidence or hamper the trial.

No.12789 of 2020(2) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jagdishpur (Goradih) P.S. Case No.193 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case as well as the petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the learned Trial Court, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
