Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364/34 of Indian Penal Code.
As per prosecution case, informant suspects that these petitioners along with other accused persons abducted and killed her son.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that petitioners have been

As a matter of fact, deceased bare footed stepped over live electric wire in his field and died due to electrocution which is also supported by post-mortem report. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XIII, Saran at Chapra in Dariyapur P. S. Case No. 175 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
