JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1-B)a and 26(ii) of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that from the bed of the petitioner a pistol was recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery was actually made from the room of the brother of the petitioner but the petitioner has been maliciously roped in the present case.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Belsand P.S. case No. 149

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27232 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 of 2014 pending in the court of learned J.M. Ist Class, Sitamarhi. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
