JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Isuapur P.S.Case No. 4/2016, disclosing offences under section 272/ 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Excise Act. The petitioner has criminal antecedent, inasmuch as he is an accused in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 272/ 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise Act. I am, therefore, not inclined to allow him anticipatory bail.

This application is, accordingly, rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be
