The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bath P.S. Case No. 28 of 2020 registered under Sections 498(A), 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further by filing supplementary affidavit, he submits that petitioner is a poor person. His wife is a nurse in a Private Hospital and earns handsome money. He is ready to give Rs. 1000/- per month as maintenance to his baby
