JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 22-11-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the District Collector, Bhagalpur in terms of Section 21 of The Bihar Privileged Persons Homestead Tenancy Act, 1947 for grant of appropriate relief(s) to the petitioners with respect to the lands in question as also the order impugned.
