JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel representing the State.

The petitioner wants to renew the prayer of bail which was earlier rejected vide order dated 17.09.2016 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 31651 of 2016, on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 07.02.2016, there is no legal and cogent material against the petitioner, chargesheet has already been submitted and there is no chance of tampering with the prosecution evidence and, as such, the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration.

The learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer of bail by submitting that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent and he is involved in 20 more cases.

No.42276 of 2017 (2) dt.06-09-2017 2/2 In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of the bail, again prayer of the bail of the petitioner stands rejected. However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and to conclude the same as early as possible preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
