2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, allegation against this petitioner is that he became identifier of the alleged vehicle owner Prem Prakash Singh on a fake and forged release order allegedly issued by A.C.J.M.-XIII, Saran. It is further alleged that release order dated 22.05.2024 has a fake signature of learned A.C.J.M.-XIII, Saran.

4. Considering the specific and direct nature of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20303 of 2025(2) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 accusation, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
