The nomination of the petitioner to contest the election to the post of Chairman, Malikpur Jaranda PACS has been rejected.

In view of the stipulations underlying section 12(c) of the Bihar State Election Authority Act, 2008 read with section 10 thereof and section 48 of the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act, 1935, this writ petition is disposed of affording liberty to the petitioner to available of the remedy so provided to him under the said enactments.
