Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is a co-villager. Allegation is that he was involved in disposal of the dead body of the victim of dowry death and, as such, allegedly, committed the offence of screening the evidence of cognizable offence. Submission is that the petitioner is a co-villager and has falsely been implicated in this case. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5969 of 2018 (2) dt.02-02-2018 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Dumra Police Station Case No. 352 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
