Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant suspects that the FIR named accused persons have committed murder of his sister for dispute relating to payment of some due money.

Submission is that co-accused Ramashish Yadav and Munni Yadav have already been granted bail by two different Coordinate Benches of this Court vide Annexure 2 series. Considering the similarity of the allegation

No.19867 of 2018 (2) dt.12-04-2018 2/2 against the petitioners to those who were already granted bail, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Fatehpur Police Station Case No. 223 of 2012, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
