Petitioner was found in possession of a motorcycle which happens to be the subject matter of Balua Bazar PS Case No. 52/2017.
Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that he happens to be less than 18 years of age which the police purposely incorporated as 19 years and so, is a juvenile. Apart from this, also submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Also submitted that he happens to be under custody since 07.02.2017. Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Amlesh Yadav @ Amlesh Kumar Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34191 of 2017 (2) dt.17-08-2017 like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashish Ranjan, Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Araria in connection with Narpatganj PS Case No. 48/2017.
