2. The petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2017 in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 91/2017 for the alleged offences under Section 147, 148, 149, 120B, 121A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of the Explosives Substance Act and Section 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the U.A.P. Act.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and no explosives have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that other coaccused persons have been granted bail by this Court.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged and the criminal antecedents of the petitioner involving offences of similar nature, this Court is not inclined to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24701 of 2018 (2) dt.27-04-2018 grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
