JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Forbesganj P.S. Case No.463 of 2016 registered under Sections 407, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected with an observation to renew his prayer for bail after conclusion of investigation.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that investigation has already been completed and charge too has been framed against the petitioner.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Chetharu Mandal @ Chethur Mandal is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33211 of 2017 (3) dt.09-08-2017 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No.463 of 2016 with conditions that one of the bailors must be his father and other family members and he shall remain physically present during the course of trial on each and every date. On failure to appear on two consecutive dates without any reasonable cause, his bail bonds shall be cancelled. (Arun Kumar, J) N.H./- U T
