Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the issue raised in the present writ application is squarely covered by the order dated 31.01.2018 passed in CWJC No. 1355 of 2018 (Vinod Sahni & others Vs. The State of Bihar & others) and also the order dated 24.06.2019 passed in
Patna High Court CWJC No.5288 of 2020(2) dt.23-03-2021 2/2 CWJC No.12269 of 2019 (Kumari Anupam Vs. The State of Bihar & others).
Considering the aforesaid submission, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to scrutinize the fact that if it is found that the case of the petitioners is covered by order dated 31.01.2018 passed in CWJC No. 1355 of 2018 (Vinod Sahni & others Vs. The State of Bihar & others) and also the order dated 24.06.2019 passed in CWJC No.12269 of 2019 (Kumari Anupam Vs. The State of Bihar & others), the same benefits should be extended to the petitioners like the petitioners of CWJC No.1355 of 2018 (Vinod Sahni & others Vs. The State of Bihar & others) and the petitioner of CWJC No. 12269 of 2019 (Kumari Anupam Vs. The State of Bihar & others). In this regard appropriate decision must be taken by the respondents within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
