This matter has been placed after receipt of the case diary for consideration of the prayer for bail of Petitioner No.2, namely, Tejo Chaudhary.
Learned counsel appearing for the informant submits that though the injuries are simple in nature, but they are all on the vital parts of the body.
Considering the fact that Petitioner No.2 has already been in custody for about six months, let Petitioner No.2, Tejo Chaudhary, be released on bail on his furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5632 of 2018 (4) dt.28-03-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jamui (Adarsh) P.S. Case No.353 of 2017.
