The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 15 of 2016 registered under Section 366A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner by the victim in her statement under Section 164 CrPC, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
