Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No.228 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 353, 384, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the petitioner was objecting the construction of the road passing through in front of his house. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation of demanding extortion is false and fabricated and petitioner was only protesting that some part of his land is being encroached upon but admits that no complaint was made before any proper authority. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Md. Jainuddin is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Purnea in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No.228 of 2017.
