The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 25 of 2015 arising out of Muffassil P.S. Case No. 233 of 2013 registered under sections 304B/34 and 120B of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Munger. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 36381 of 2016 with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Now, the charge has already been framed and petitioner is in custody since 12.01.2015.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45589 of 2017 (3) dt.01-11-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Munger in connection with Sessions Trial No. 25 of 2016 arising out of Muffassil P.S. Case No. 233 of 2013.
