JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-10-2017 The following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application. "1. I. Issuance of a direction, order or writ including writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the concerned respondent authorities under the B.R.

Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur (hereinafter referred to as the "University") to take steps towards consideration of the case of the petitioner for her appointment on compassionate grounds on account of death of her husband Late Nagendra Sinha @ Nagendra Singh, who died in harness on 05.10.2009 from the post of Clerk at L.N.

College, Bhagwanpur, Vaishali (hereinafter referred to as the "College"), which is a

Patna High Court CWJC No.6104 of 2012 (5) dt.09-10-2017 2/3 constituent unit of the University after regularizing the services of the said Late Nagendra Sinha @ Nagendra Singh in the College under the University;

II. Issuance of a direction, order or writ, including a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the concerned respondent authorities under the University to extend the consequential benefits to the petitioner subsequent upon regularization of the services of her deceased husband, who died in harness on 05.10.2009 while he was working and posted against the post of Clerk at the College;

III Issuance of a declaration holding that the petitioner is entitled to be considered for appointment in the services of the College under the University on compassionate grounds in accordance with law and also for all the benefits admissible to the family members of a regular University employee dying in harness".

Considering the reliefs sought for on behalf of the petitioner and representations for compassionate appointment filed on behalf of the petitioner vide Annexures 4 series are still pending before the respondent no.3, the Registrar, B.R. Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur. The respondent no. 3, the Registrar, B.R. Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur is

Patna High Court CWJC No.6104 of 2012 (5) dt.09-10-2017 3/3 directed to consider the representations filed on behalf of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
