Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

The allegation of commission of firearm injury and death of the son of the informant is against coaccused Rahul Kumar. Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of assault only.

Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9688 of 2018 (2) dt.19-02-2018 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Khirimore Police Station Case No.100 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
