The petitioner has been in custody since 22.11.2017 in connection with Harnaut (Chero) P.S. Case No. 290 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. It is further submitted that the petitioner is the Dewar of the deceased and he has no role to play in the aforesaid offence. It is further submitted that the husband of the deceased lady has already been in custody.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6683 of 2018 (3) dt.20-02-2018 the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Harnaut (Chero) P.S. Case No. 290 of 2017.
