The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of assaulting the informant by the petitioners with iron rod and lathi and snatching wrist watch and gold chain.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 05.11.2014, the FIR was registered on 17.11.2014.
