The petitioner is in custody in connection with Siwan (T) P.S. Case No. 707 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 382, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is alleged that petitioner was involved in the loot of mobile and Rs.1000/- from the informant. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than four months, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let,
