2. By filing the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction/directions to the concerned Authorities to publish the result of the petitioner of B.Sc. (Hons) final year and also for issuance of original certificate and mark sheet of the B.Sc. (Hons) final years after adding the marks of B.Sc. Part-I & II in the mark sheet of B.Sc. final year as she has already passed in the examination of said course but her result is still pending.

3. Considering the prayers made on behalf of the petitioner, I deem it proper to direct the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Examination Controller, B.N.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4615 of 2024(2) dt.04-02-2025 2/2 Mandal University, Laloo Nagar, Madhepura (respondent no.3) along with the supporting documents within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no.3 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law and in light of the judgment dated 28.06.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8271 of 2021 within one month from the date of receipt of representation after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or through her counsel.

4. Needless to state that the Examination Controller, B.N. Mandal University, Laloo Nagar, Madhepura (respondent no.3) shall be solely responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. With the aforesaid directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
