JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 25-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the State.

In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences punishable under sections 147, 149, 448, 504, 323, 354 (B), 307, 379 and 506 of the I.P.C. Allegedly, the accused persons after entering into the house of the informant abused her and assaulted her son and further outraged the modesty of the informant and committed theft.

Submission is of false implication due to election rivalry going on in the college. The accusation is omnibus and general and the injury of the informant has been found to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19672 of 2015 (3) dt.25-06-2015 2/2 simple. Bhabua P.S. Case No. 48 of 2015 has been lodged earlier against the son of the informant and in this case co-accused Nitish Kumar @ Nitish Patel and Golu Kumar have been allowed prearrest bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 10701 of 2015 by order dated 17.03.2015 and further co-accused Abhay Patel and Dharmraj Patel have been allowed pre-arrest bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 16941 of 2015 by order dated 13.04.2015 by another Bench of this Court, to which the learned A.P.P. does not oppose.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioners Lallu Patel @Vikash Patel and Ginni Patel in case of their arrest or surrender within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of.
