The petitioner seeks bail in Sasaram ( Muffasil) P. S. Case No. 201 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 326, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Later on, Section 302 of the IPC was added.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the written report, it is alleged that on the date of occurrence co -accused Amit Singh opened fire on son of informant which hit on the left temple, on account of which, he fell down and became unconscious. It is further alleged that this petitioner having armed with Katta fled away along with

Case diary has been received, wherein, the postmortem report of the deceased is available. The doctor has found one dressed firearm injury over left side of head 0.5 cm of diameter x brain deep 10 cm left from mid line of forehead and 5 cm away from left ear. Petitioner is in custody since 25.10.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Sasaram, in connection with Sasaram ( Muffasil) P. S. Case No. 201 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
