JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 04-05-2016 The order dated 26.2.2016 is modified to the extent that in paragraph 2 "The petitioner is challenging the action of the University" will be read as "The petitioner is challenging the resolution of governing body of the College". Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is typographical mistake in the first para of the petition. Instead of "December, 2006", "December, 2009" has been typed. In the present application the petitioner makes a prayer for necessary correction in the main writ petition. Accordingly learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the main writ petition.
