2. They jointly submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties and a compromise petition by way of I.A. No. 7 of 2023 has been filed.

3. From perusal of I.A. No. 7 of 2023, it appears that both the parties have compromised their partition suit. The compromise decree is duly signed by the appellants as well as the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 5 is also present and he has submitted that respondent no. 5 is vendee of respondent no. 1. He also submits that he accepts the compromise.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, this appeal is disposed of in the light of compromise petition. The compromise petition shall make part of this order.

6. Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of.
