Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar PS Case No.56 of 2018 registered under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 10 of the Bihar Examination Conduct Act. Allegation in brief is that the petitioner turned up at the examination centre with the admit card of his friend. Submission is that the petitioner had not appeared in the examination and he is in custody since 20.02.2018. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Abhimanyu Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
