Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sahodara P.S.Case No.41 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is that they came variously armed and asked him to depose in their favour in Sahodara P.S.Case No.34 of 2012 and for that there was hot exchange of words, therefore, all the accused persons assaulted him and when the others came to save him, they were also assaulted.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation either of threatening or of assault is

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, surrender before the learned court below and on surrender he will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bettiah in connection with Sahodara P.S.Case no.41 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
