The default and blame lies at the doorstep of the appellant. The indulgence shown to him by the High Court way back in the year 1996 in the previous round of litigation has not been availed of by the appellant. If the High Court reached out to the appellant and gave him
Patna High Court LPA No.740 of 2016 dt.15-11-2017 2/2 a lease of life way back in the year 1996 he cannot come rushing back to the High Court second time over in the year 2013 asking for mercy or indulgence with regard to payment of the amount fixed in the year 1996 without any kind of additional liability or any action initiated for the said default.
The High Court has rightly dismissed the Writ Application vide the order dated 22.02.2016 and the same does not require any interference.
