JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 353 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Referring to the First Information Report, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the only allegation is that the petitioner was leading the mob which was formed against illegal sale of liquor. He further submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, as has been stated in paragraph - 3 of the application.

In view of the submission as above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or

No.19259 of 2015 (3) dt.25-06-2015 2/2 surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, Saran in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2014, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
