Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was apprehended on suspicion that along with others was going to commit dacoity. Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Nothing incriminating was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner had gone to see Sonepur fare and on suspicion, the petitioner was apprehended in this case. He is in custody since 08.11.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22319 of 2018 (2) dt.23-04-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Hajipur Sadar Police Station Case No. 552 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
