ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No.149 of 2018 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has surfaced on the statement of coaccused and there is no recovery from the petitioner.
