The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Angarghat P.S. Case No. 17 of 2015 registered under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner along with co-accused namely, Sanjay Kumar Rai is said to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant, when she had gone to attend the call of nature. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5676 of 2018(3) dt.15-03-2018 2/2 164 Cr.P.C. has not named the petitioner in the occurrence. The prosecution case does not stand corroborated by any eye witness of the case. He has been languishing in custody since 17.11.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Dalsingsarai, districtSamastipur in connection with Angarghat P.S. Case No. 17 of 2015.
