Petitioners are an accused in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No. 131 of 2019 bearing CRI Case No. 1525 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 20.01. 2020 with liberty to renew their prayer for bail. It is further submitted that the charge has already been framed in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioners are in custody

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19485 of 2020(2) dt.16-06-2020 2/2 since 17.08.2019 and he has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.,- 3rd Madhubani in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No. 131 of 2019 bearing CRI Case No. 1525 of 2019.
