KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Forbesganj P. S. Case no. 263 of 2017 instituted for offence registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation is regarding recovery of one country made pistol along with loaded cartridges. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioners that they have no criminal antecedent. Altogether seven persons were arrested from the vehicle in which the alleged fire arms were concealed under the middle seat of the vehicle.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33153 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case no. 263 of 2017.
