The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of commission of murder of the informant's mother, namely, Manjula Devi by the co-accused. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner was not apprehended at the spot. He further submits that specific allegation of assault is against co-accused Ashish Rajak and not this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and petitioner is a lady. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the
