The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 192 of 2020 (Spl. Case No. 4704 of 2020) registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that from perusal of seizure list, it is apparent that nothing has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24916 of 2021(2) dt.18-02-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 192 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
