The petitioner seeks bail in N.D.P.S. Case No. 13 of 2017 arising out of Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 74 of 2017 registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. 7 Kg of ganja is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious physical possession of the petitioner. There is no eye witness of the occurrence. He has no criminal antecedent. He has been languishing in custody since 21.04.2017. Considering the recovery of aforesaid quantity of contraband from the possession of the petitioner, I am not
