The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 22 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 304B of the Indian penal Code.

Considering the allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

However, the petitioner is granted liberty to renew the prayer for bail after completing six months of custody in jail. (S. Kumar, J) veena/- U
