JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-04-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners have renewed their prayer for anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was earlier rejected on the ground that the petitioners are the assailants. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the prayer has been renewed on the ground that the accusation is not corroborated by the medical opinion.

This court finds no merit in the aforesaid submission and the application stands rejected.
