The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 30(a), 32(2) and 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. As per the prosecution case, 165.375 litres of IMFL was recovered from Toyota car being driven by this petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession or from the vehicle. He is in custody since 16.12.2020 and has no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case.
