ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-08-2015 Considering the explanation of the 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram, in regard to grant of bail four months subsequent to his earlier rejection, I am not inclined to proceed any further.
Hence, this application filed for cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 by the Additional Sessions Judge, IV, Rohtas at Sasaram, in Sessions Trial No.388 of 2013 arising out of Sasaram Town P.S. Case No.144 of 2013 is hereby disposed off with a direction to the Trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3813 of 2014 dt.21-08-2015 for which reason the Trial Court shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed so that there is no further delay in the trial.
The Informant also undertakes to produce his witnesses on the date(s) so fixed.
Application stands disposed off.
