The petitioner seeks bail in Chakia P.S. Case No. 49 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 465, 468, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, one stolen Bolero Jeep was recovered from possession of this petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 04.02.2022. Investigation is complete.
