2. The petitioner is in custody in a case under Sections 323, 341, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3/7 of the POCSO Act and 3(i)(r)(s)(w) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

3. As per the allegation in the FIR, four named accused persons and ten unknown persons grabbed the informant's hand and attempted to take her to the river bank and they tried to inappropriate touch on her private parts

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14545 of 2025(2) dt.28-02-2025 2/2 and used abusive language based on caste.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is a second attempt of the petitioner of prayer for regular bail before this Court. Earlier, prayer of the petitioner for regular bail is already rejected by this Court vide order dated 05.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35214 of 2024.

5. There is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner. Hence, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Ramesh Chand Malviya, J) Mayank/- U T
