Patna High Court CWJC No.5354 of 2012 dt.04-07-2016 (vi) Arrears of salary till the death of her husband. From the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent No. 6 it transpires that the admitted dues under various heads have been paid. Copy of counter affidavit, though affirmed on 13.05.2013, has not been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner on the ground that he could not be contacted. Today also since he is not present, the same has not been served. Taking into account the fact that as per stand of the respondents on affidavit that all admitted dues have been paid as also the fact that nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner, the Court can only presume that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) Amin/- U
