This case has been listed on the request made by Mr. Jawahar Pd. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner. Considering the materials available on record and the various orders, passed by this Court, we are of the view that this writ petition needs to be closed with appropriate directions to the respondent Nos.1 and 2, namely, the Superintendent of Police, Saharsa, and the Officer-in-Charge, Sadar Police Station, Saharsa.

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.418 of 2015 (8) dt.16-10-2015 We, therefore, direct that the Officer-in-Charge, Sadar Police Station, Saharsa shall carry out the investigation of Saharsa Sadar P.S.Case No. 705 of 2014 and bring the same to its logical conclusion in accordance with law as early as possible. The Superintendent of Police, Saharsa shall ensure that the investigation of the case aforementioned proceeds in accordance with law and is concluded expeditiously. With the above observations and directions, this writ application shall stand disposed of.
